ok37 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ok37. By accessing or using the ok37 platform — whether through our website at ok37.vu or through the ok37 mobile app — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this page. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ok37. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

ok37 is an online sports betting and gaming platform designed for players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and mobile wallets as payment methods. These terms apply to all products on the platform including sports betting, slots, live casino and any promotions or VIP programme benefits.

By registering an account on ok37, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. These terms apply immediately upon account creation and continue for as long as you hold an active ok37 account.

ok37 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the platform or by email. Continued use of ok37 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These terms are intended for adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use ok37 under any circumstances. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request documentation to confirm your age at any time.

To open and use an ok37 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing ok37 from a location where using an online betting platform is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as part of a commercial arrangement to exploit bonuses or odds.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ok37 for any reason.
• You must be a genuine individual player — corporate accounts or bot-operated accounts are not permitted.

ok37 serves players in Pakistan and accepts deposits in PKR. Players accessing the platform from outside Pakistan do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. ok37 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the scope of its intended market.

Each player is permitted to hold only one ok37 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a different name, email address or phone number for the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ok37 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and your preferred PKR payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account credentials — your username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with anyone else. ok37 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately.

ok37 may carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims. You may be asked to submit a copy of a national identity document and proof of your PKR payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in the suspension of deposits and withdrawals until the process is completed.

All transactions on ok37 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ok37 account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are reflected in your account within minutes. ok37 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times depend on your VIP tier — standard accounts are processed within the platform's normal timeframe, Gold tier members receive priority processing, and Platinum and Diamond members benefit from same-day and near-instant dispatch respectively.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification completion. If your KYC has not been completed, withdrawals will be held until verification is approved.
• ok37 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds or that follow unusual account activity.
• Funds deposited via bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. See the Bonus section below for full details.
• ok37 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the account holder.

ok37 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses and VIP cashback. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules below.

Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states "no wagering requirement," all bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failing to complete wagering within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

• Bonus funds must be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports bets may contribute less.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome or new-player promotion once only. Attempting to claim a new-player offer on a duplicate account constitutes bonus abuse.
• ok37 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a promotion will not be retrospectively affected by changes made after activation.
• Cashback awarded through the VIP programme at Gold tier and above carries no wagering requirement. This is stated explicitly in the VIP programme terms on the VIP page.

ok37 offers sports betting covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 and international cricket fixtures, football, esports and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and accepted by the ok37 betting system. A bet that has not received a confirmation reference is not a valid bet.
• ok37 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event or individual account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — ok 37 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies to all sports markets including cricket and PSL fixtures.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of ok37 and may be suspended or rejected during critical moments of a match. In-play bet outcomes are determined by the official result at the time the market is settled.
• If a cricket match, PSL fixture or other event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market. Typically, incomplete matches result in stakes being returned unless a result has already been determined under the market's applicable rules.
• Winnings from bets are credited to your ok37 account balance in PKR once the relevant event has concluded and the market has been settled. Settlement times may vary for in-play markets and complex accumulator bets.

ok37's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you may raise a dispute with our support team within 30 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

ok37 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience. Gambling is intended as entertainment for adults and should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and to be honest with themselves about their relationship with betting and gaming.

ok37 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a set period of continuous play. These reminders appear as notifications within the platform and app.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss you are comfortable with over a given period. Once reached, further play is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (7 days, 30 days, 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from ok37. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period for temporary exclusions. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

ok37 does not market aggressively to players who have set deposit or loss limits, or who have a history of using responsible gaming tools. If you have excluded yourself and receive a marketing communication in error, please contact support immediately so we can investigate and update your preferences.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ok37 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account or creating an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the ok37 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to ok37.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or insider information exploitation in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using ok37 for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or facilitating third-party transactions through your ok37 account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise extract proprietary information from the ok37 platform.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers, promotions or VIP programme rewards in bad faith.

ok37 monitors account activity for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Where suspected activity is identified, ok37 may suspend withdrawals and request documentation while an investigation is carried out. The outcome of all investigations is final and binding.

ok37 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• At the account holder's own request (voluntary closure).

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for a reason unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure or a responsible gaming request — your verified balance will be returned to your registered PKR payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have been addressed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can contact ok37 support at any time. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reactivated upon request, subject to identity re-verification, unless the closure was a permanent self-exclusion.

ok37 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ok37.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information — is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing PKR transactions, verifying your identity and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions. ok37 does not sell personal data to third parties.

ok37 uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your payment details are handled securely through our payment provider integrations and are not stored in plain text on ok37 systems.

ok37 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted, ok37's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the verified account balance held at the time a valid claim arises. ok37 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime during a live betting event.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive loss of any kind.
• Technical failures on the part of a third-party payment provider causing delayed deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these terms limits ok37's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

ok37 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, ok37 will provide advance notice via the platform or by email to registered players.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of ok37 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through our support team.
